TY Coordinator Classroom Code - in6wwlt

Hopefully everyone has their timetables sorted now. There will be no movement in forms going forward from today.

Please try to get to class on time, Chromebook with you and only returned to the trolley during breaks. Do not disturb classes during class time.

It is important that you are prepared for class with a schoolbag, pen and refill pad.

Can you also make sure you have a proper uniform and coat to school every day. You will wear your PE or Leisure uniform when we go on activity trips.

We are off to Tullagh next Monday, leaving at 9.15am. All monies are to be paid today to the office . Please see Ms McGonagle if there are any issues.

Make sure you gather all the items you need for the trip. All information is in the google classroom. If you need any forms because you were absent on Friday please call to SM 207 and collect today. I’m sure the people that left their’s lying around the school on Friday or scrunched them up in the hall may need a second copy!! The letter to your parents should of been passed on to them over the weekend

Can wellbeing teachers please collect the permission slips from the students who have them now.

Everyone should be starting Work Experience on Wednesday. Please make sure you get to do the GET Safe Work safe online course in your IT class over the next couple of weeks.

A google form was sent out for TY history and Art class to complete by today. This is for students to attend a workshop on Tuesday morning. Numbers are limited to 30 so its first come first serve I’m afraid.

We will be signing up for Gaisce and John Paul awards over the next couple of weeks. Please think about what you can do for your community involvement. Ms Dowds had a group of students last year who volunteered for Buncrana Tidy towns on a Saturday morning. They are looking for more volunteers this year. Can anyone interested please give their name to Ms Dowds.

Emails have been sent to all TY students regarding a Looking into Law programme, a work experience opportunity in The Dail and an opportunity to become a delegate at the European Youth Congress in Ireland.

Can all students now please

  • Read over this and all TY Co-ordinator posts
